First of all Download VNC Scanner Gui.If you already download then directly right click on software and click Extract File.This is the main point to use this software.If you are using in software in zip file then you cannot save the ips that your scan.
Now open extracted folder and then open software VNC_scanner_gui software in that extracted files.Software windows screen shot is given below.
Now you need IPs Ranges to scan ips by using this software.For ranges open your web browser and search Country ip blocks in Google.com. and open first website to get your desired country ranges.
Select your desired country in website and then also select "Ip Ranges" option then click "Create ACL."You can see the ip Ranges box in from of your selected country.
Now copy the ranges and paste in your scanner software.
Now set "Port" 3389 or 3390 or 3391 and then click "Start Scan."A black window will open that will show vnc scanner start scan ips.After completing scan cross the black window.
For getting ips file click "Parser" in vnc scanner software.
