  • In Wednesday,Take three cup of Water and lemon juice of three lemon.And drink it at morning time empty stomach.
  • In Thursday,Take four cup of Water and lemon juice of four lemon.And drink it at morning time empty stomach.
  • In Friday,Take five cup of Water and lemon juice of five lemon.And drink it at morning time empty stomach.
  • In Saturday,Take six cup of Water and lemon juice of six lemon.And drink it at morning time empty stomach.
  • In Sunday,Take 10 cup of Water and mix lemon juice of seven lemon with Two spoon of Honey and drink it the whole day.
Revise these steps up to 4 weeks, you will be lose your 10 Kg weight within 4 weeks.Result can be observe in first week.

2. Water for Quick lose weight


Water is a very important to burn fat from your body.Drink 1 glass of water after every hour.Water will burn calories and fat.Minimum you have to drink 8 Liter water in a day.
  • Drink 1 glass of water before every meal.
  • Drink 1 glass of water after take bath.

  • When you feel hungry you have to again eat an small piece of watermelon.
