• Login to your Blogger Account and Click on your Desired Blog.
  
• Now Your Blog Dashboard is open in front of You.Now you can see many options in the left side bar of Blogger Dashboard.Here you can see "Template" Option.Click on "Template" in the left Bottom side of Options.
  
• After Clicking on Template, You can see an template page in Screen.Here you will see two options."Customize" and "Edit HTML." You have to click on "EDIT HTML."
  
• An Codding Page will be open in front of you as shown in below Image.
  
• Click any where in the coding and press "CTRL+F". An search Box will b open in the top right side of the coding.Write "jump-link" in that search box and Click Enter.
  
• You will SEE the Following Code Here.
